The next 1020 mid-month pub meeting and meal will take place starting at 6pm on Wednesday 16 July at the Lamb Inn at Winkton (www.thelambwinkton.co.uk) near Christchurch.
Thanks to club member Patrick Bligh-Cheeseman who has arranged this for us and will be taking names ahead of the meeting.
Located on the Burley Road between Christchurch and Bransgore the Lamb Inn will be reserving places for us in their car park which is opposite the pub – it is also overlooked by picnic tables and chairs for anyone who just wants to come along for a chat and a pint.
If you want to eat you are asked to contact the pub direct on their dedicated phone number 01305608482 and book seats in the restaurant – tell them you are with the MG group and they will seat us all together on the night.
There is no need to pre-order food or pay a deposit it is order and pay on the night – all they need to know is the number of diners.
Once you have booked in, or even if you plan to just turn-up and have a drink, please contact Patrick either at the July club night or via email (c.patrick@ntlworld.com) to let him know (before 08 July) so he can tell the staff how many cars and people to expect.
If you would like to see the menu in advance please again contact Patrick who has a copy of the up-to-date menu which is slightly different from the one that appears on their website.
