The long awaited 4th event, held every 2 years at the Warner Cricket St Thomas Hotel in Chard, Somerset and organised by the Southern Regional Secretaries of the MG Owners Club, was held this year over the weekend of 27th – 30th April. In this Olympic year the organising committee selected Paralympics GB as the charity to be supported by this event and to be known as “Wenlock’s Weekend” with “Mandeville Madness”. It was a most enjoyable weekend for the 20 club members who attended. The only downside was the poor weather on Saturday and particularly Sunday when the planned outdoor activities had to be moved inside the hotel.
