Join us for our very popular Christmas lunch at this New Forest Pub.
In spite of our best efforts, we are unable to reserve the whole pub for our sole use. The owner has asked us to arrive as early as possible, but certainly not later than 11.30 am. We have been able to reserve the majority of the pub for our use but the remaining tables will be available on a first come first served basis and you will be unable to reserve seats for friends who will arrive later. Not wishing to disappoint our members and guests, please try and make the effort to arrive early.
We shall again be collecting unwrapped presents for the Women and Children (babies to teenagers) of the Bournemouth Women’s Refuge. You have been most generous in the past and I usually deliver a car full of toys, toiletries etc. to the the Refuge on leaving the Sir Walter Tyrrell.
There will also be our usual large Christmas Raffle, for which donation of prizes are most welcome. The proceeds of the raffle will be passed on to a charity, as yet to be decided.
Don’t forget to wear your Christmas regalia and if you wish, dress up your car.
