Our January meeting is also our annual subscription night.
Many thanks to those of you who attended and renewed your membership.
On that evening we showed a short film entitled “MG Live at Silverstone”.
This film was produced for the MG Car Club and covered many aspects of an interesting weekend for MG aficionados.
The New Year Dinner on January 5th was again held at the Ferncroft Masonic Hall. 39 members attended, including
our Regional Secretary Nigel Knowles. Following the meal we were entertained by the singing duo of Ball & Socket.
These gentlemen, dressed in white tie and tails gave an impressive and humorous performance in the style of Flanders and Swann
and were very much appreciated by the audience.
