On the last day of the Bournemouth Air Show we had two classic car events taking place locally. Some members attended the Classic Cars on the Prom meeting which had moved to Christchurch Quay for that day, due to the air show.
At lunch time we drove to Highcliffe Castle to join the 2012 Motorcade organised by the Three Counties Vintage and Classic Car Club. Unfortunately, both events suffered from this year’s poor weather but still managed a varied attendance of vehicles.
While at Christchurch we were treated to the sight of the Historic flight overhead, en route to Bournemouth and at Highcliffe we had the pleasure of seeing the iconic Vulcan circling over the castle.
